Atmospheric data tester
Also known as static and static pressure tester, directly connected to the aircraft's full static pressure system. With a small and lightweight remote unit, testers can operate the tester from the cockpit to test altimeter, climb indicator, airspeed/Mach meter display, atmospheric data computer, autopilot and other total static pressure systems. The atmospheric data tester contains a built-in vacuum and pressure pump and an emergency manual vent valve. The tester easily connects the power supply, the remote unit, and the total static tube. This high precision atmospheric data tester can meet the requirements of the latest RVSM standard, has a variety of display units, only need to be calibrated once a year.

Set test points: allows you to increase or decrease by 1ft by arrow key motions, or 0.1 tricky.
Program functionality: program files for testing altimeter or airspeed meter standard checkpoints can be downloaded from the computer, which allows the tester to operate the air data tester with a single key. It also requires computer-based software that can store up to 20 program files.
Pressure and vacuum system:
The total static pressure tester includes a built-in pressure and vacuum isolation membrane pump for higher repeatability. The pressure and vacuum system consists of a membrane dryer and a filter that allows clean dry air to enter the total static pressure system.
Remote unit: the remote unit is the interface between the tester and the tester. It is small, light and can operate the tester in the cockpit. The tester can also be turned on and off on a remote unit. All parameters, including altitude, climb and airspeed, can be displayed simultaneously on the same display screen in the remote unit.
Manual pressure relief: the manual pressure relief device of the air data tester enables the (aircraft) pitot system to relieve pressure manually and safely in the case of power failure. Typical aircraft types: military fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft.
